1. 30-Day Return Policy

At Lasondrastyle, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all protective sleeves, factory seals, accessories, and documentation intact.
  • Trading Cards & Collectibles: Sealed booster boxes, packs, and collectible sets that have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with cannot be returned due to the nature of collectible items, unless defective upon arrival.
  • Restocking Fee: We charge $0.00 restocking fee. You will never be charged a restocking fee when returning an item to Lasondrastyle.

2. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the incorrect product, contact us immediately at support@lasondrastyle.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

In all cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Lasondrastyle provides a prepaid return shipping label at zero cost to you ($0.00). Once received, we will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Change of mind returns

If you wish to return an eligible, factory-sealed item due to change of mind:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@lasondrastyle.com with your order number.
  2. Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with step-by-step return instructions.
  3. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for trackable return shipping to our warehouse.

Please do not send packages back without contacting us first for an RMA, as unrecorded returns may experience processing delays.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed by Lasondrastyle within 5–7 business days of return delivery.
  • Currency: All refunds are issued in US Dollars (USD $).
  • Bank Settlement: Depending on your card issuer or bank (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
