Add the products you want to your basket, go to checkout, enter your delivery details and pay using the methods shown. We will email you an order confirmation.

Orders typically process within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day.

Standard domestic US delivery takes an estimated 3–5 business days after dispatch. You will receive an email with live carrier tracking as soon as your parcel is shipped.

We will email you when your order is dispatched, including a tracking reference where the carrier provides one. You can also use our Track your order page with your order number and email address.

We deliver to addresses across the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Standard domestic shipping is free on all orders.

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in original factory condition with all seals intact. There is zero restocking fee. Contact support@lasondrastyle.com to receive an RMA and return instructions.

We offer a hassle-free 30-Day Return Policy on all eligible items. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we provide a free prepaid return label and a full refund or replacement. For change of mind, items must remain factory-sealed. We do not charge restocking fees.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Lasondrastyle provides a free prepaid return label ($0.00 cost to you). For change of mind returns, the customer covers the return shipping cost.

Once your return is received and inspected at our return facility, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method in USD ($).
