If an obvious typographical error in pricing occurs, we reserve the right to notify you and cancel or correct the order.

4. Order placement & acceptance

  1. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A confirmation email acknowledging receipt does not signify contractual acceptance.
  2. Order acceptance occurs when we confirm shipment and generate your carrier tracking number.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to inventory limitations, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.

5. Payment & billing

Payment is collected at checkout via credit/debit card, processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway (Stripe). We do not store or have direct access to your full credit card details.

6. Shipping & delivery

7. Returns & refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. For damaged or defective goods, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost. For change of mind, items must remain factory-sealed. We do not charge restocking fees. Full details are set forth in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

In no event shall Lasondrastyle, its officers, or employees be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or purchased items. Our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount paid for the product.
